If you feel that any domain managed by Reach Internet maybe an Abusive Registration you are able to contact us to initiate investigations into your claim.

As a complainant you must prove that the domain either took unfair advantage of or was unfairly detrimental to their rights at the time of registration or acquisition; or has been used in a manner which took unfair advantage of or was unfairly detrimental to their rights.

Unfortunately there are lots of people and organisations that are now carrying out online fraud in relation to domain names. This varies from case to case but invariably involves the fraudster trying to trick the registrant into transferring their domain and/or registering additional domains usually at over inflated prices.
